Fast Facts About Our Fast Shipping

  • Your shipment should arrive within 2-6 business days from the date you placed the order
  • We keep you in the loop! After your item ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email which has a cool tracking page to show you where your order is.
  • We think green! Your packing materials will be reused from our vendors, which prevents us from wasting all that material. Keep it going by recycling and reusing the packing materials when you receive it to make a positive impact on the environment!

Same Day Shipping

Order by 1 PM EST Monday-Saturday, and we’ll ship the same day!

Orders placed Monday to Friday by 1 PM Eastern Time will be packed and shipped the same day, as long as billing information is verified and processed correctly.

Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Orders containing out-of-stock items or refrigerated (temperature-sensitive) items will be processed as quickly as possible, but cannot be shipped out the same day.

Our Shipping Options

*As per our shipping carriers, Next Day shipping is difficult to guarantee and may take 1-2 days in some cases.

Two Day or 1-2 Day Shipping Orders placed by 1 pm with all items available for shipment will be shipped immediately. 

Whoops, We’re Out Of Stock!

Sometimes it happens – a product is out of stock after you’ve ordered it. No fear, we’ll back order it for you!

Any order containing an item that requires back order will be held and the customer will be contacted immediately. In some cases, back ordered item(s) in your purchase will be shipped to you separately at no extra charge via standard shipping when they become available.

Additional Shipping Details

  • Orders to PO. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO are sent via USPS only.
  • Shipping is FREE when order consists only of gift cards, as they will be digitally delivered
  • We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.
  • We strictly follow all national regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.

Temperature-Sensitive Items

We try not to stock temperature-sensitive items due to the difficulty in maintaining the product integrity. If we offer such a product, we do all we can to help ensure that the cold chain is maintained for temperature-sensitive (refrigerated) items. Here’s how:

  • We ship temperature-sensitive items in special cold-pack boxes or wrapping. This helps your product that requires refrigeration to retain its integrity.
  • We ship refrigerated products so that you get them within 48 hours. You don’t want your product to spoil and neither do we. So we expedite shipping so that your order gets to you fast, and your items preserve their integrity.
  • We make sure to ship them only on Mondays thru Thursdays. That way you’re more likely to be home to receive your shipment.
  • For your convenience, any order that includes a refrigerated product placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or close to a holiday, is shipped on the next business day.

We ship refrigerated products only within the continental U.S. We send cold-ship items to actual street address- not to P.O. Boxes. Shipping your refrigerated order directly to where you live makes it more likely that you’ll receive your product on the day it arrives, rather than it sitting unattended for longer than it should. This helps preserve the quality of your purchase so that you can reap the intended health benefits. (For the same reason, we also don’t send orders containing refrigerated items to APO/FPO & DPO addresses.)

Please note our shipping methods have been verified and validated for the temperature-sensitive items we carry. We know that no matter how hard we try, sometimes a product can arrive a little warm – especially in the summer months. We have confirmation from our manufacturers that potency will not be affected by short “excursions” of temperature since we take such great care to maintain the cold chain and use high-quality products.

Returns and Refunds on Temp-Sensitive Items

Since cold-ship products must remain refrigerated at all times, no returns or refunds will be issued after the product has shipped unless the product is damaged or defective. See our Returns Policy for more details.

Back Orders of Temp-Sensitive Items

Once they become available, any back-ordered items that require refrigeration may be shipped to you separately via Second Day delivery. The $11.99 Second Day shipping fee will apply.
