I ordered from them because I found a supplement recommended by my doctor for less than the price my doctor's office offered. I was very pleased at how quickly the order processed and shipped. And then... the post office happened. I'm not sure what they did, but my package was reported as delivered, but... no package. I called up Woodstock Vitamins. The phone was answered right away. By a person. On a Sunday. Whoa. I explained my situation, and they offered to contact the post office for me (Whew. I hate calling the post office).

The next day, I got an email from the owner (dang) of Woodstock Vitamins explaining that they were working with the post office to reach a resolution. The day after, I got a call from Woodstock Vitamins to say that the post office had found the package and was redelivering. Awesome! Next day... still no package. I emailed the owner, and he shipped me out a new item right away. (I got this one. Product is exactly what it was supposed to be).
