Vitamin A
Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin that exists in 2 major forms – retinol and beta-carotene. Vitamin A’s are found in many foods like liver, fish, green leafy veggies, carrots, fruits, and dairy products.
The forms we recommend most of Vitamin A are beta-carotene or retinol. Vitamin A is also available in synthetic forms such as retinyl palmitate or retinyl acetate.
