Please contact support for any order issues that may require a return or refund.

Your 100% Satisfaction is Our Goal

We will gladly accept any item purchased from Woodstock Vitamins for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Refunds will be made promptly upon receipt of unopened items to the original payment method made at the time of purchase.

Please note:

Shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.
Temperature-sensitive (refrigerated) items must be returned in person to our store within 14 days for a store credit, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Temperature sensitive items returned in what is deemed as unsuitable condition may result in a store credit, not a refund.

Woodstock Vitamins reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with our requirements.

For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Temperature sensitive items should be shipped 2-3 day delivery.

If You're In the Area, Just Drop it By!

Bring your purchase to our Woodstock, NY store and receive a refund to original form of tender.

Refunds for unopened items will be issued via your original form of payment.
